The National Butterfly Center is located in Mission, TX. The border wall proposed by the Trump administration and later by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, is an invasion to the private property of the center and will hurt the natural ecosystem of the area. Please read their statement on this page.
The original impetu of the film was inspired by this place, we use butterfly as a motif and as a way to talk about migration as something natural in the world.
